As 2024 comes to a close, we at Circuit are reflecting on a year filled with exciting milestones, meaningful partnerships, and transformative impacts. Thanks to our incredible community of riders, partners, and advertisers, this year has been nothing short of remarkable. Here’s a look back at the progress we’ve made and the impact we’ve created together in 2024.
Transforming Communities Through Transportation
This year, Circuit continued to bridge mobility gaps, connect communities, and provide sustainable transportation options nationwide. Here are some of the highlights:
New Markets, More Access: We launched services in 10 new locations: Avalon, Coronado, Costa Mesa, Seal Beach (CA), Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Orlando (FL), Brentwood (NY), and Stoneham (MA). We also expanded our services in locations like Ft. Laurderale, Long Beach, and West Palm Beach. This growth helped create over 130+ local jobs!
Riding Green: Our 100% electric fleet helped avoid over 1,450 metric tons of CO2 emissions, demonstrating that shared mobility can be both impactful and environmentally friendly.
Millions on the Move: Moving over 1.9 million riders this year, Circuit connected riders to transit hubs, grocery stores, parks, retail, and more. One of our longest running services, FRED, in Downtown San Diego, moved over 200,000 passengers alone!
Accessibility at the Core: We served over 40 communities across 8 states, focusing on bridging gaps for underserved populations.
Making a Splash in the Media
NYSERDA program launches in theRockaways and Brentwood.
TheOrlando Weeklycelebrated our expansion into Central Florida with Ride DTO.
Circuit partnered with Visit Bellevue and Amazon to expand our service operations inBellevue, WA.
Circuit provides thousands ofconnections to Dallas’ DART.
Exasperated Infrastructurespotlights Circuit on “The Past, Present, and Future of Transportation”.
Pacific Beach’s Beach Bugshuttle won the WTS San Diego Alternative Modes Award.

Empowering Advertisers with Sustainable Campaigns
This year, Circuit’s advertising partners reached new heights by aligning their brands with sustainability and community impact:
Innovative Campaigns: From Crocs’ “Croctober” activations in Santa Monica to Michelob Ultra’s celebration of the Stanley Cup win, and an exciting Neutrogena ride along with Jennifer Garner, brands used Circuit’s platform to make a splash.
National Reach: We launched our first campaigns in Washington, D.C., Lake Worth Beach (FL), and New Rochelle (NY), and wrapped over 300 vehicles across all our campaigns with creative, impactful messaging.
Smarter Digital Ads: We optimized in-app ad placements, skyrocketing click-through rates from 2% to 34% on average across markets. Advertisers saw real engagement, all while supporting local, sustainable transportation.
Interactive Brand Experiences: Our employee drivers helped realize interpersonal brand campaigns with sampling options, like free beverages from Waterloo and branded merch collateral.
Innovating Rider Experiences and Industry Standards
We made big strides to improve the rider journey in 2024. Thanks to your feedback, our app and services are now better than ever:
Service Upgrades: Riders now receive pre-pickup insights, offering clarity on driver statuses and making rides more seamless.
Loved by Riders: With an impressive average rating of 4.89/5, our drivers continued to make every ride special.
Smart Microtransit Metrics: Our cost-per-rider metrics outperformed other on-demand services, showing some of the most cost-effective metrics across any on-demand systems in the country.
